From the Swiss-Tech hotel, you can simply walk to the workshop venue by crossing the metro line using the bridge. Then head left on Route de la Sorge, and after a few hundred meters take a right on Avenue François-Alphonse Forel. The Bernoulli center is in this avenue on the right.

When coming from the center, it is good to know that Lausanne has two main metro lines: M1 and M2, which cross in "Lausanne-Flon". The M2 goes uphill away from the lake through the city center, while the M1 connects Lausanne center with the campus west from Lausanne. You can reach the campus by taking the M2 at the Grancy metro station in the direction of "Croisette" and get off in Lausanne-Flon after 2 stops. Next, you transfer to the M1 line and take the metro in the direction of "Renens".
